One partner across multiple formats
Graphic design, motion and web can be scoped together where that is useful, helping the campaign remain connected across channels.
Event graphics and campaign design
From the first announcement to the final screen on the day, we create coordinated event campaigns across print, digital, social, web and motion.
One creative partner develops the direction, adapts it to each format and prepares every agreed asset for use.
Manchester-based. Working across the UK and beyond.
An event campaign rarely ends with one poster.
There are launch announcements, ticket pushes, speaker or artist reveals, sponsor graphics, paid advertising, programmes, signs, landing pages, venue screens and social formats to prepare. New requirements often appear while the campaign is already running.
When each item is treated as a separate design job, or divided between several suppliers, consistency becomes harder to protect. Versions multiply, approvals slow down and important details can be lost between formats.
OnPoint keeps the creative and production work connected. We can develop the campaign from the initial concept, extend an existing event identity or take an approved direction and deliver the remaining rollout.
Our role is focused on the event campaign and its creative assets. You can use us for the complete campaign or only for the parts where you need support.
Every event has a different combination of audiences, channels and production requirements. We agree the useful asset list at the start, then adjust it as the campaign develops.
A clear visual direction for the event, including the central campaign idea, type, colour, imagery and graphic elements needed to support the wider rollout.

The agreed campaign adapted across different dimensions, placements, audience groups, event phases or regional versions.
Content changes, late confirmations and revised versions managed against agreed priorities, approval points and production deadlines.
Final files checked and supplied to the required dimensions, formats, colour settings and technical specifications.
Event graphic design has to work across very different spaces. A street poster, an Instagram Story, a landing page and a venue screen cannot use the same layout, but they should still feel like parts of the same campaign.
We establish what must remain consistent and what can change between formats. That can include the visual hierarchy, typography, colour, image treatment, sponsor placement and the way event information is organised.
Each adaptation is then designed for its actual setting rather than simply resizing the original artwork.
The result is a connected campaign in which every asset does its own job without losing the central visual idea.
Not every brief needs a new event identity.
OnPoint can support an event branding agency, production agency or in-house marketing team that already has an approved campaign direction but needs additional creative delivery capacity.
We can take responsibility for an agreed group of assets, create adaptations from supplied master artwork or help clear a growing production list as the event approaches.
The scope remains clear, the existing creative direction is respected and the final work is prepared for the channels in which it will be used.
The event date does not move, so the work needs a clear order. We identify what must be ready first, what depends on later content and where decisions need to be made.
We confirm the event type, date, audience, current stage and known campaign phases.
Together, we identify the required assets, channels, technical specifications, available content, existing brand material and approval process. You receive a clear scope, schedule and order of priority before production begins.
We develop the campaign direction or apply the identity you already have.
The key campaign assets are created first and shared at useful review points. Once the direction is agreed, we establish the layouts and production rules needed for the wider campaign.
We roll the campaign out across the agreed formats, manage revisions and deliver assets in the order they are needed.
Launch material can be supplied first while later speaker, sponsor, programme or venue content continues to develop. Final files are checked and prepared for their intended platforms, screens or production suppliers.
Graphic design, motion and web can be scoped together where that is useful, helping the campaign remain connected across channels.
The delivery schedule is built around launch points, announcements, approvals and final production deadlines.
A single event poster is welcome. So is a broader campaign involving dozens of assets. You only commission the support the event actually needs.
We can develop the campaign concept, work within an established brand or extend a direction created by your internal team or another agency.
The work is shared when a decision is needed, rather than leaving every asset until one large final review.
Final artwork is prepared for its intended destination, with the agreed sizes, specifications and file formats checked before handover.
You work with the people responsible for making and delivering the work, without unnecessary layers of account management.
OnPoint is based in Manchester and works with organisations across the UK and further afield.
Yes. We can develop the visual concept and campaign identity before carrying it through the required event graphics. We can also work within an established organisational, venue or festival brand.
Yes. An internal team or event branding agency may already have created the central direction. We can use the approved files and guidelines to produce the remaining print, digital, web or motion assets.
No. A focused piece of work is welcome. You might need one event poster, a set of social assets, a landing page or additional production support for an existing campaign.
Yes. The combination is based on what the event requires. Keeping connected assets within one scope can make it easier to maintain consistency, manage adaptations and control versions.
Yes. We can design and build a focused event website, campaign microsite or landing page. The scope can include event details, schedules, speakers, exhibitors, ticket links and other required content.
Yes. OnPoint creates motion graphics and animation for campaign, social and screen use. Tell us where the content will appear and we will define the appropriate dimensions, duration and delivery format.
Event work is planned around a fixed date. Share the event date, launch date and current asset list as early as possible so we can confirm a realistic schedule. Urgent requests can be assessed against the remaining scope and available production capacity. We will confirm what can responsibly be delivered rather than make an unsupported deadline promise.
Yes. Event information often changes as speakers, sponsors, schedules and production details are confirmed. We can agree an amendment process, priorities and practical cut-off dates as part of the scope.
Our core role is campaign design and the creation of production-ready assets. Printing, installation, media booking, venue management and wider event operations are not included unless a specific additional arrangement has been agreed.
Files are prepared for their intended use. That could include print-ready PDFs, platform-specific digital images, video exports, web files or editable templates where these form part of the agreed handover.
The event type, event date, current stage, known asset list, intended channels and available brand material provide a useful starting point. An indicative budget and details of who will approve the work also help us recommend an appropriate scope.
Yes. OnPoint is a Manchester creative studio, working with organisations across the UK and beyond.
Start with the date
Share the event date, current stage and the assets you already know you need.
The list does not need to be final. We can use the first conversation to identify missing formats, content dependencies and the most useful order of delivery.
A focused request is welcome alongside a complete event campaign.

Tell us what is already known. Provisional dates and asset lists are fine.
