Using this site
This website is operated by OnPoint Productions, a Manchester creative studio. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Questions go to [email protected].
Content and ownership
The design, text, and branding of this site belong to OnPoint Productions. Work shown in our portfolio, including client names, logos, and project material, belongs to the respective clients and is shown with permission to illustrate what we do. You may browse and share links to this site, but you may not reproduce, scrape, or reuse its content or the portfolio work without permission.
Enquiries and proposals
Information you send through the contact form or analysis wizard should be accurate and yours to share. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract; any project we take on is governed by the proposal and agreement we put in place for it. How we handle the personal data in enquiries is covered by our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site in a way that could damage or disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it, or use our forms to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive material.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
